Terms of Service

Welcome to webrDNS! By using our services, you agree to follow these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. They explain your rights and responsibilities when using our services.

Refund Policy

If you are not happy with our service, please contact our support team. We will try to fix the problem. If we can’t fix it and you are still unhappy, you can get a refund within 30 days. We do not give refunds after 30 days.

We do not give refunds for .COM, .NET, .ORG, or any other domain names, SSL Certificates, Domain Transfer fees, or any other products or services provided by webrDNS through other companies.

No refunds are given for VPS or Dedicated servers.

We do not give refunds if we stop your hosting or other services because you broke our rules. This does not change your legal rights.

Web Hosting

These Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies (“Terms and Policies”) are an essential part of your relationship with webrDNS. By using your webrDNS account, you agree to all of the Terms and Policies set out in this document.

Reasons for Account Suspension and Termination

You agree to follow these Terms and Policies. If you break any of these rules, policies, or regulations, webrDNS may suspend or terminate your account. webrDNS can suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for the following reasons:

  • Using the service in a way that breaks any law, regulation, or treaty, including those related to intellectual property, privacy, and criminal law.
  • Hosting websites with pornography or adult content.
  • Using the service to abuse or violate others’ privacy or property rights, including sending unsolicited bulk emails (spamming). If our server IP address gets blacklisted due to spam from your account, you agree to pay a clean-up fee of $50 per hour.
  • Using your hosting as a file or image hosting service.
  • Attempting to break security or breaking security of any computer network, including the service itself, or accessing accounts, messages, or files that are not yours.
  • Using your account as a backup service. All files must be part of your website and linked to your account. Dedicated server clients are exempt from this rule.
  • Forging or misrepresenting headers, addresses, or other identification in emails or websites, or using any method to disguise the sender’s identity or location. This includes hosting Proxy Server applications.
  • Uploading, linking to, or storing pirated software (warez, cracks).
  • Assisting in or directly distributing copyrighted material.
  • Using the service excessively and limiting bandwidth available to others.
  • Providing fake or incomplete contact details, including name, postal address, and telephone number.
  • Using the service to operate server programs like mail servers, IRC servers, game servers, FTP servers, Web servers, or streaming audio/video servers without authorization.
  • Using the service for unauthorized relays through any third-party systems.
  • Attempting to interfere with or deny service to any user or host on the Internet.
  • Performing a chargeback on any transaction will result in account suspension until resolved. If a chargeback is issued, we reserve the right to remove your account and deny future business.
  • Using the service for mail bombing (sending multiple messages to a specific destination to disrupt the recipient’s system).
  • Adding or attempting to add addresses to any mailing list without the explicit positive consent of the addressee(s).
  • Attempting to cancel, supersede, or interfere with emails other than your own.
  • Engaging in harassment through email or website content, including language, frequency, or size of messages.
  • Using the service for denial-of-service attacks like SYN flood attacks.
  • Hosting phishing content.
  • Providing false data on your sign-up form, contract, or online application, including fraudulent credit card or payment information.
  • No bill credit will be given for a period of suspension. If we terminate your use of the service for any of these reasons, webrDNS may keep any or all amounts you have paid as damages for your actions.
  • You agree not to access or attempt to access private areas of the service. You agree to notify webrDNS if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.
  • webrDNS does not review messages, files, or materials accessible through the service. Complaints about copyright infringement can be sent to contact@webrDNS.com. webrDNS will remove or block access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the person who posted it. If the person claims the infringement was a mistake, webrDNS will send you a copy of their notification. Unless you notify webrDNS of court action to restrain the alleged infringement, the material will be restored.
  • Use of the service is at your own risk. webrDNS is not responsible for information, products, or services accessible through the service. webrDNS is not liable for any loss or damage from your use of or reliance on third-party materials. You are responsible for your postings on the Internet and agree to indemnify webrDNS against any claims, losses, costs, liability, damages, or expenses arising from your postings.
  • If you use the service for voice communications, webrDNS is not acting as a telecommunications carrier, and there is no guarantee of connection or quality. webrDNS has no liability for the failure or lack of quality of such use.
  • You agree to be liable for any damages or loss of service resulting from spamming or other violations. webrDNS may pursue such claims against you in court.
  • In no event will webrDNS have financial liability to you.

Governing Law

These Terms and Policies are governed in all respects under Bangladeshi laws and International Laws.

Payment and Account Suspension Policy

If your shared or reseller account has an overdue invoice, here is what will happen:

  • 1-3 Days: No action will be taken.
  • 4 Days: Your account will be suspended.
  • 7 Days: A late fee will be added.
  • 30 Days: Your account will be terminated.

To reinstate a suspended or terminated account, you will need to pay a $20.00 fee.

If your VPS account has an overdue invoice, here is what will happen:

  • 1-3 Days: No action will be taken.
  • 4 Days: Your account will be suspended.
  • 7 Days: Your account will be terminated.

Dedicated servers will be suspended as soon as an invoice is overdue.
